Beecraigs Country Park Visitor Centre

Brindley Associates Ltd is working with a project team including EK:JN Architects, Arups, Cundall and West Lothian Council to produce a landscape masterplan for the development of a new, sustainable visitor centre at Beecraigs Country Park in West Lothian.

It is intended that the new visitor centre will be set in a new landscape framework which reflects and enhances the centre’s country park setting.  The new landscape will contain areas of locally appropriate woodland, wildflower meadows, picnic areas, reed beds and public open space.  The new visitor centre has been designed to be energy efficient and as part of our involvement with the project Brindley Associates have prepared a Landscape and Visual impact Assessment for a wind turbine which will provide a sustainable energy supply for the new development.
