Monkton Park & Ride
Brindley Associates were appointed to provide ecological consultancy services to SPT for a proposed park and ride facility at a site in Ayrshire. Our brief was to provide ecological scoping, liaise with SNH and the Local Authority and prepare an Ecological Impact Assessment of the proposed development.
Our ecologists carried out vegetation, water vole, otter, and badger surveys on the site and prepared the EcIA. Proposals were developed to mitigate potential adverse effects and to enhance the biodiversity of the site as a result of the development.
