Prestonpans

Brindley Associates were appointed by a group of developers including David Wilson Homes, and Taylor Wimpey as masterplanning landscape architects for a large housing development in Prestonpans, East Lothian. The landscape masterplan incorporated an open space strategy including structure planting, feature play areas together with circulation strategy linking to and extending existing cycleways and footpaths.

Following the masterplan Brindley Associates prepared sketch landscape designs and detailed planting plans for phased housing areas. We also designed the landscape hardworks including feature stone walls and play structures, undertook showhouse landscape detailed design, carried out site inspections and prepared snagging reports during construction.
