Aldi, Necessity Brae

Brindley provided a suite of CGI and photomontage imagery to support the design development of a proposed new retail store in Perth.  The setting of a nearby listed building needed to be carefully considered, therefore the visualisations were used to inform both the proposed landscape design and proposed building materials.

Initial photomontages demonstrated how the development would impact views from the listed building, taking the removal of existing trees into account.  We then worked closely with the project architects, landscape architects and heritage consultants to optimise the proposals.

Our scope of provided landscape services includes:

  • Site visit;
  • Viewpoint photography;
  • Digital modelling;
  • Design iteration;
  • Landscape Institute compliant photomontages; and
  • Illustrative CGI images.
