Brindley provided a range of services to support the development of tourism development comprising two 3-bedroom holiday homes at Nine Mile Burn, Midlothian. 

The site was within the Pentland Hills Special Landscape Area and close to Newhall Garden and Designed Landscape.  We worked with the local authority and the client to ensure the proposed development would be sited well within the surrounding landscape.  The landscape appraisal and associated visualisations were instrumental during the design iteration, helping to develop the layout and landscape design.
