Brindley were appointed by Bancon Homes to develop a soft landscape design for a 300 unit residential development at Rowett South, Aberdeen. This included 200 affordable units for Grampian Housing Association and 100 units for private sale.
The site incorporates substantial areas of open space to the boulevard approach and western watercourse. These spaces include provision for formal and informal play, SUDS and the protection and enhancement of existing woodland.
