Delighted to hear that Peggyslea Farm has been granted planning permission by Midlothian Council.

The Local Review Body concluded that: “The layout, design and landscaping details of the development as set out in the proposed plans will fit comfortably in the landscape and complement their rural setting and as such the proposed development accords with the Midlothian Local Development Plan 2017.”

It was great working with Andrew McCafferty on the project, where we provided Landscape Design, Landscape Assessment and visualisation services. Looking forward to seeing it built!

Delighted to hear we are finalists in this year’s Landscape Institute Awards, in the Excellence in Visualisations and Digital Practice category. The project comprised a range of CGI visualisations for a proposed housing development at Hallhill, Dunbar.
