Holmston Old Toll Consented
We are delighted to share that Holmston Old Toll, a high-quality residential development has been approved for Planning Permission in Principle.
Brindley have been involved with the project since 2018, where we worked to use information modelling software to identify the most appropriate location for development. We were then subsequently involved with the design evolution and preparation of drawings and reports bringing together our two disciplines, landscape and ecology, to support the PPiP application and showcase what it could deliver for the area. Our outputs included a Design and Access Statement, Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, Biodiversity Enhancement Plan, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment with supporting graphics and Spatial Masterplanning services.
