Some great news to start the week – Northbank Phase 2 has been granted planning permission at appeal.

The proposed development includes an extension to the established Stewart’s Resort holiday park, which comprises 82 holiday lodge caravans and a central hub building for holiday-makers.

Particularly pleased to see the reporter describe the proposed landscape design as an ‘extensive amount of planting, which would respond to the new landform and the physical development proposed on the site, would create a scheme that not only would screen the proposals but reinforce the established character of woodland areas in the lowland hills.’

Well done to all involved with getting this project over the line, including Gondolin Land & Water Ltd, Montgomery Forgan Associates, MODUS TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS LTD and Echoes Ecology Ltd. It was a pleasure working with you all!
