Kay Devlin
Ecological Project Manager
Kay manages our Ecologist team and comes with over 20 years of ecological experience. Kay has worked on a wide range of projects, including housing developments, wind farms, solar farms, gas pipelines, road schemes across the UK. She has a vast amount of experience within Environmental Clerk of Works duties, habitat management, habitat creation advice and protected species mitigation.
Aubrey Bader

Aubrey Bader
Landscape Architect
Aubrey joined the team following completion of her Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Tennessee. Aubrey works across all our landscape services, assisting with landscape designs, landscape assessments and graphics production.
Calvin Batty

Calvin Batty
Graduate Landscape Architect
Calvin first joined Brindley on a summer placement in 2024 before continuing to work part-time alongside his studies at Edinburgh College of Art. Following his graduation from the MA Landscape Architecture programme, he now works full-time as a Graduate Landscape Architect.
Calvin assists multiple teams, focusing on graphics to support strategic reports and Landscape Institute compliant visualisations.
Jazz Collier

Jazz Collier
Landscape Architect / Ecologist
Jazz is an environmental professional with both a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Bachelor’s degree in Conservation Biology and Ecology. She works across all our services, providing landscape designs, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, masterplan documents and GIS mapping.
As a dual qualified member of the team, Jazz is increasingly involved in the integration of Biodiversity Net Gain into our design services in response to NPF4.
Charlotte Corbett

Charlotte Corbett
Landscape Architect
Charlotte is a Landscape Architect with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Edinburgh College of Art and over two years’ experience in consultancy since joining Brindley. She works closely with clients to deliver high quality and achievable landscape strategies and designs and with the company ecologists to deliver NPF4 compliant sustainable landscapes.
Charlotte’s experience includes the production of landscape strategies and masterplans; detailed landscape design and specifications for a number of commercial, leisure, care and residential development sites across Scotland.
Charlotte is also skilled at producing art strategies, Design and Access Statements, and LVIA reporting to support strategic site promotion for a range of national and regional developers.
Jimi McKay

Jimi McKay
Landscape Architect
Jimi holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Edinburgh College of Art and has a diverse background involving product design, 3D modelling and teaching.
Jimi works primarily within the assessment team, undertaking Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and related GIS work. Jimi is training in Biodiversity Net Gain assessment and collaborates with our ecology team. He has also begun developing a workflow for integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into our process
Sarah Reilly

Sarah Reilly
Operations Manager
Sarah is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our project management system, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and that projects are executed efficiently. Sarah also manages our ISO:9001 accreditation, guaranteeing that we meet the highest standards in quality management.
In addition to these core responsibilities, Sarah provides essential PA and financial administration support to our Directors, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making while she handles the operational details.
Ross Moore

Ross Moore
GIS & Visualisations Manager
Ross has a HNC in Architectural Technology and supports the team in providing GIS analysis, creating detailed graphics, Landscape Institute compliant viewpoint photography, computer 3D modelling and accurate visualisations in order to support landscape architects and ecologists.
Ross has over 7 years’ experience and currently leads the GIS and Visualisations team’s production of graphics and visualisations, for use in both assessment and promotional documents. Ross’ work plays a key role in project management and ensuring projects’ schedules and deadlines are adhered to.
