Portsonachan
Brindley provided a wide range of services to support the development of a 10 lodge luxury holiday development at Portsonachan, Argyll & Bute.
The site was adjacent to Loch Awe and featured some challenging constraints relating to existing mature vegetation, nearby ancient woodland and site topography. We have worked closely with wider design team to deliver a landscape lead development incorporating meaningful ecological and landscape mitigation within a commercially viable development.
Our scope of provided services includes:
- Landscape and Visual Appraisal (LVA);
- Photorealistic visualisations of the development proposals from representative viewpoints;
- GIS mapping and analysis;
- Design & Access Statement; and
- Landscape design.
